CyberRota Analysis
AI-GeneratedGitLab CE/EE versions prior to 19.2.8, 19.3.5, and 19.4.2 are vulnerable to a high-severity issue that allows authenticated users to execute arbitrary JavaScript in other users' browser sessions through specially crafted repositories, stemming from improper HTML attribute sanitization. This vulnerability poses a significant risk of session hijacking and data theft. Organizations using affected versions should prioritize remediation to protect user sessions and maintain security integrity.
