Vulnerability in the Oracle Web Services Manager product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Web Services Security). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via SOAP to compromise Oracle Web Services Manager. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Web Services Manager accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Web Services Manager.
