CyberRota Analysis
AI-GeneratedA validation bypass vulnerability exists in the community package installation handler of n8n versions prior to 1.123.80 and from 2.0.0 before 2.39.6, and from 2.40.0 before 2.40.1, allowing attackers with Redis write access to install arbitrary npm packages across all cluster instances without authentication. This could lead to the execution of malicious code and compromise the integrity of the affected systems. Organizations using n8n should prioritize patching to mitigate potential exploitation risks.
