| 16d ago | 9.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: veth: reduce XDP no_direct return section to fix race As explain in commit fa349e396e48 ("veth: Fix race with AF_XDP exposing old or uninitialized descriptors") for veth there is a chance after napi_complete_done() that another CPU can manage start another NAPI instance running veth_pool(). For NAPI this is correctly handled as the napi_schedule_prep() check will prevent multiple instances from getting scheduled, but for the remaining code in veth_pool() this can run concurrent with the newly started NAPI instance. The problem/race is that xdp_clear_return_frame_no_direct() isn't designed to be nested. Prior to commit 401cb7dae813 ("net: Reference bpf_redirect_info via task_struct on PREEMPT_RT.") the temporary BPF net context bpf_redirect_info was stored per CPU, where this wasn't an issue. Since this commit the BPF context is stored in 'current' task_struct. When running veth in threaded-NAPI mode, then the kthread becomes the storage area. Now a race exists between two concurrent veth_pool() function calls one exiting NAPI and one running new NAPI, both using the same BPF net context. Race is when another CPU gets within the xdp_set_return_frame_no_direct() section before exiting veth_pool() calls the clear-function xdp_clear_return_frame_no_direct(). |
| 16d ago | 9.8 | The PhastPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Read via null byte injection in all versions up to, and including, 3.7. This is due to a discrepancy between the extension validation in `getExtensionForURL()` which operates on URL-decoded paths, and `appendNormalized()` which strips everything after a null byte before constructing the filesystem path. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files from the webroot, including wp-config.php, by appending a double URL-encoded null byte (%2500) followed by an allowed extension (.txt) to the file path. |
| Exploit 16d ago | 9.8 | net-snmp is a SNMP application library, tools and daemon. Prior to versions 5.9.5 and 5.10.pre2, a specially crafted packet to an net-snmp snmptrapd daemon can cause a buffer overflow and the daemon to crash. This issue has been patched in versions 5.9.5 and 5.10.pre2. |
| 16d ago | 9.8 | Authentication bypass vulnerability in Xiongmai XM530 IP cameras on Firmware V5.00.R02.000807D8.10010.346624.S.ONVIF 21.06 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to access sensitive device information and live video streams. The ONVIF implementation fails to enforce authentication on 31 critical endpoints, enabling direct unauthorized video stream access. |
| Exploit 16d ago | 9.8 | ProjectSend r1605 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows attackers to upload malicious files by manipulating file extensions. Attackers can upload shell scripts with disguised extensions through the upload.process.php endpoint to execute arbitrary commands on the server. |
| Exploit 16d ago | 9.8 | Screen SFT DAB 600/C Firmware 1.9.3 contains a session management vulnerability that allows attackers to bypass authentication controls by exploiting IP address session binding. Attackers can reuse the same IP address and issue unauthorized requests to the userManager API to remove user accounts without proper authentication. |
| Exploit 16d ago | 9.8 | SOUND4 LinkAndShare Transmitter 1.1.2 contains a format string vulnerability that allows attackers to trigger memory stack overflows through maliciously crafted environment variables. Attackers can manipulate the username environment variable with format string payloads to potentially execute arbitrary code and crash the application. |
| Exploit 16d ago | 9.8 | SOUND4 IMPACT/FIRST/PULSE/Eco v2.x contains an unauthenticated vulnerability in the /usr/cgi-bin/restorefactory.cgi endpoint that allows remote attackers to reset device configuration. Attackers can send a POST request to the endpoint with specific data to trigger a factory reset and bypass authentication, gaining full system control. |
| Exploit 16d ago | 9.8 | SOUND4 IMPACT/FIRST/PULSE/Eco v2.x contains an unauthenticated OS command injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands through the 'password' parameter. Attackers can exploit the login.php and index.php scripts by injecting shell commands via the 'password' POST parameter to execute commands with web server privileges. |
| Exploit 16d ago | 9.8 | SOUND4 IMPACT/FIRST/PULSE/Eco version 2.x contains an SQL injection vulnerability in the 'index.php' authentication mechanism that allows attackers to manipulate login credentials. Attackers can inject malicious SQL code through the 'password' POST parameter to bypass authentication and potentially gain unauthorized access to the system. |
| Exploit 16d ago | 9.8 | SOUND4 IMPACT/FIRST/PULSE/Eco v2.x contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability that allows attackers to bypass authorization and access hidden system resources. Attackers can exploit the vulnerability by manipulating user-supplied input to execute privileged functionalities without proper authentication. |
| 16d ago | 9.8 | ClipBucket 5.5.2 is affected by an improper access control issue where the product is shipped or deployed with hardcoded default administrative credentials. | Exploit 16d ago | 9.6 | Iframe injection vulnerability in airc.pt/solucoes-servicos.solucoes MyNET v.26.06 and before allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the src parameter. |
| Exploit 16d ago | 10 | An arbitrary file upload vulnerability in Umbraco CMS v16.3.3 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by uploading a crafted PDF file. NOTE: this is disputed by the Supplier because the responsibility for file validation (as shown in the documentation) belongs to the system administrator who is implementing Umbraco CMS in their environment, not to Umbraco CMS itself. The Supplier also states that PDF JavaScript runs in a completely isolated sandbox, not the browser's DOM context, which means that privilege boundaries would not be crossed, a related issue to CVE-2023-49279. |
